We’re all about enhancing and improving your performance through proper fueling, nutrition, and healthy living that makes sense for you and your schedule. Whether you’re looking to refine race day fueling, lose weight, or enhance your overall health and wellness, we have the expertise to help you achieve your goals! We understand that nutrition is personal, so our nutrition programs are individualized and catered to your specific needs, dietary restrictions, and goals.
We’ve streamlined our on-boarding process so that signing up for one-on-one nutrition coaching is EASY.
Step 1 – Join our waitlist:
We limit the number of new athletes accepted each month into our program. Click below to learn more and complete the form.
Step 2 – Let’s get to know each other:
We send out new athlete invitations monthly. Athletes on our waitlist are invited to complete a nutrition questionnaire on a first come, first serve basis depending on your desired start date.
We'll schedule an initial 30-45 minute introductory phone call with Paula where you’ll share food logs and tell her about your goals, health history, current nutrition, and other relevant information. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask Paula about her philosophy and experience to determine whether or not you’d like to work with her and join Team Sugar Runs.
Step 3 – Decide on a program and reap the benefits of having a personalized nutrition coach to supplement your training!
After you’ve completed all three steps, Paula will develop and provide you with guidance and a realistic meal plan with both meal and snack ideas that best fit your nutritional needs. Paula will review your current training plan in the Final Surge online training log to ensure you are getting the most out of your nutrition to supplement your training. She will make adjustments as needed and be available to you via phone, text, or email to answer any questions you have during training. You’ll also get a copy of the Sugar Runs Nutrition Guide for Runners.
At the end of each month, you can schedule a call with Paula to assess your progress and make appropriate adjustments.
