How do you accept payment?

Currently, all invoicing is done through PayPal. You can set up a PayPal account and use a debit, credit, or PayPal balance to remit payment. In the near future, we will be transitioning over to a new platform that will allow recurring payments. Stay tuned.

What kind of results can I expect?

With respect to results, what do results mean for you? Results can range from person to person. For some it's getting a PR, training for a new and unknown distance, or others it's to finish their first race. If you do decide to work with Sugar Runs, you'll see results, but that is all defined by the results you are looking for. That is how we cater training plans to each athlete.

Do you include nutrition in your coaching services?

No. I am not a certified nutritionist, but am currently working with a nutritionist to develop downloadable eBooks you can purchase to supplement your training. Please check back!

What if I have to skip a month or two of coaching?

There are many reasons why you may have to put coaching services on hold (e.g. financial, injury, vacation, etc.). We can work with you to figure out the best way to handle the break (e.g. flexible payment plans, reassess training plan and race goals, etc.).

Can you run with me?

At this time, we do not offer one-on-one in person running programs. If you catch Jessica at one of the many local running groups she attends, run with her! If you're new to running, we encourage you to research local running groups in your area to find others to run with.

Do you offer generic, distance based training plans?

We do not currently offer these plans. We are working on creating downloadable eBooks for the marathon and half marathon that you can use on your own. Please check back!

Do you offer group training plans?

Yes! If you and a few of your friends are training for the same race and are of similar abilities, please contact us regarding our group training plans.
