Meet Lindsey
My specialty: Helping high-performing athletes break through plateaus and train with purpose.
After being a high school and college cross country and track athlete, I found some success in coaching myself to run marathons. I dabbled in coaching friends and family who were looking for some help in training for races and found that I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and helping others accomplish goals. I started coaching with Team Sugar Runs in 2019 and never looked back!
I gone through many iterations of my runner self over the last 25+ years, from serious collegiate athlete to fun runner, to serious and working to hard, to injured runner and now to masters runner (and many other stages in between). My own experiences of training through different seasons of life and coaching people in various stages of life with different goals and varying circumstances has shaped how I coach my athletes today. I understand the difficulties that come with training while “adulting,” so my coaching focuses on making sure my athletes train smarter and not harder.
