I’ve had a long coaching history—starting in personal training, then coaching at two Orangetheory franchises, and instructing with Fit4Mom. I became an RRCA-certified run coach in 2021 because I’m passionate about running and training smart. While I’m an attorney by trade, coaching athletes brings me the utmost joy.

I began running in my late 20s after using every excuse in the book not to run—until I asked myself what I was so afraid of. If I tried my best and trained smart, I might realize I can run and enjoy it (spoiler alert: I did!). I ran my first marathon at 11 weeks pregnant at age 30, proving anything is possible if you believe in yourself.

My coaching philosophy is holistic. I learn about my athletes not just as runners, but as individuals. I create plans tailored to their needs and schedules, offer positive affirmations, and help them grow into their goals and best selves.
