Working with Sandee has been amazing! She challenged me with workouts that I never thought I was capable of, but were totally within my abilities. She always explained the training and was so receptive to questions. Having Sandee as my coach was like having your very own cheerleader throughout the marathon block. While I caught Covid 3 weeks before the Chicago marathon, Sandee helped me quickly pivot my training and she got me as healthy as possible to the start line. While I believe I still have better times in me ahead, I was able to PR in the marathon after 10 years at 50 years old! Sandee was very instrumental in helping me achieve this goal and recovery appropriately so I can keep enjoying running and perform my best!
